Mindful Moment: Nature Poses
Children can practice mindful movement to learn, help manage big feelings, or just focus or relax!
Print this page (first, check out this article for more detail!). Together, try these nature-inspired poses, movements, and mindful breathing strategies—all of them can help children with their big feelings, or just focus and relax!
As you try each one, encourage children to notice how their bodies feel. Then post the page where children can see it and encourage them to try these poses on their own when they have a big feeling.
