Let’s Sing Along! My Body, My Brain
Celebrate the mind-body connection with a song about healthy habits.
Watch this music video together, then print these lyrics so you can sing the song together anytime! Invite children to color the pairs of friends moving, eating, and resting. As they color, talk about each activity pictured and how it helps our brains. Ask:
- What healthy food will we eat?
- How will we move our bodies?
- How will we calm our bodies before bedtime?
- How will we connect with friends and family?
- How else will we take care of our brains and bodies?
