Digital Well-Being
More and more, digital media is part of the everyday life of the entire family, and it’s rapidly changing. While digital media may bring challenges, confusion, and sometimes concern, it’s great to start thinking early about healthy, joyful ways to use media as a tool — and as a family — to connect, learn, and relax!
Making Connections
We can use screens to share moments big and small and show we care — especially when we are far apart. Technology can help us stay in touch with the people we see every day as well as friends and family far away.
Create awareness of all the daily decisions we make for ourselves and our children — whether they involve media or not — and the reasons behind them. What do our choices say about what is important to us and how we spend time together?
