You’re Not Alone
A resource list for food-insecure families.
In uncertain times, reaching out for help to get the nutrition your family needs is an act of strength and courage. When kids see you asking for help, they’ll know that you’re finding new ways to make sure your family has what you need to stay healthy. It’s also a great reminder that there are other grown-ups who know how to help.
Remind children that your family may not have everything you want, but that you’re finding ways to have everything you need to stay healthy. These organizations and services also offer many other ways to adjust to and cope with big changes in your family’s food situation… one day at a time.
