Being mindful and paying close attention to our surroundings can help us feel grounded in the present moment.
Together with children, play along in this game of “I-Spy” with Cookie Monster. Children will use their imaginary binoculars to spot different colors in your space. You might continue the game after, finding new colors, patterns, and even differently sized objects.
