Getting Along With Siblings
Inspire children to treasure their siblings.
- Watch the video together and ask kids: Who are the people in your family? Remind kids that families come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes they include grandparents; sometimes one or two parents, or even more; sometimes they include brothers and sisters.
- What things do kids share with their siblings or other family members? Is their hair the same color? Do they like the same kind of music? What things about them are different? What do kids love about each family member?
- Invite kids to draw a family portrait and display it for everyone to see.
