Encourage children to eat many different colored foods, just like Rosita!
Watch the video together, then draw pictures of fruits and vegetables, just like “Rosita’s Rainbow.” Use markers or crayons in a rainbow of colors to draw and label favorite fruits and vegetables: blue blueberries, green celery, orange carrots, red apples, yellow squash, and so on. How many can you think of? Display children’s work on the refrigerator!
