Chris Thomas Hayes is an actor, writer, improviser, and puppeteer hailing from Hartford, CT.
Hayes was first welcomed onto his favorite street in Season 46 and now serves as the Sesame Street Muppet Performer for Hoots the Owl and Elijah Walker.
Hayes has had the pleasure of performing on stages all over the nation in front of family and adult audiences. He has also been seen on big and little screens with and without a puppet attached to his hand.
