- Watch the video together, then explain to kids that an emergency is when something happens that we don’t expect, and we have to act quickly to keep ourselves safe.
- Review with kids: What do they need to know in an emergency? Help them practice their family members’ whole names and their addresses. You can also make or review an emergency plan: Where should everyone meet if an emergency happens?
