Digital Well-Being

Digital Well-Being Initiative

Helping families navigate the rapidly evolving world of media and technology

Raising kids in today’s digital world isn’t easy. Screens are everywhere, and it can be hard to know how to make informed tech choices for little ones.

We’re helping families build healthy digital habits and make informed tech choices that are right for them, with new resources and practical tools that support children’s development and enhance family well-being.

Although using devices and media can help children learn and even strengthen family connections, they can also present challenges and concerns. Digital well-being — part of the bigger picture of emotional well-being — is about using media in a healthy, mindful way.

Every family is different, and digital well-being isn’t measured in screen time, but rather in understanding and making choices about media and technology that can help you learn, play, and feel closer to one another.
