Join Antonio Freitas, Senior Director of Educational Experiences at Sesame Workshop as he hosts a heart-centered conversation between Dr. Julie Radlauer-Doerfler, Founder and CEO of Collectively, and Dr. Kelli Harding, Psychiatrist at Columbia University and author of The Rabbit Effect, about the science and practice of kindness. Dr. Julie Radlauer-Doerfler is a Doctor of Public Health and a licensed mental health professional, advisor, coach, advocate, and change-maker in the nonprofit world. She is also the Founder and CEO of Collectively, an organization that brings passionate individuals together to address mental wellness and solve complex challenges impacting mental health. Kelli Harding, MD, MPH, is dedicated to promoting a kinder and healthier world for all. An expert in mental health, medicine, and public health, she teaches at Columbia University in New York City. Dr. Harding authored the acclaimed book The Rabbit Effect: Live Longer, Happier, and Healthier with the Groundbreaking Science of Kindness. She’s appeared on Today, Good Morning America, BBC, and other media. Co-founder of Our Kind of Club, a global community centered on kindness, Dr. Harding has spoken at the United Nations and World Happiness Summits. She lives in NYC with her husband, three sons, and rescue dog, Athena.
