Jennifer Ahearn is Senior Vice President, Global Themed, Partnerships, and Canada, at Sesame Workshop.

In her role, Jen oversees Global Themed Entertainment, Strategic Partnerships, and Sesame Workshop’s Canadian business. The location-based entertainment experiences that Jen leads create meaningful and memorable experiences for fans and families to engage with Sesame Street and support Sesame Workshop’s mission to help children everywhere grow smarter, stronger, and kinder. Her work encompasses overseeing theme parks, live shows, resorts, educational play centers, and experiential globally, and she has driven brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through partnerships she has formed. Jen’s expertise in licensing, account management, and P&L management has been pivotal to her success. 

Prior to joining Sesame Workshop, Jen made significant contributions at IBM, where she led the company’s first cohesive search engine marketing strategy, aligning paid and organic search globally. She also led advertising campaigns and developed effective communication plans. Jennifer also has agency experience, working at BBDO where she managed fully integrated marketing programs for DaimlerChrysler.

Jen has her MBA from the University of Notre Dame.  She earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing & Finance from Ohio University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.  Jen resides in Long Island with her family.
