Storytime
Read books to your child to encourage a lifelong love of learning!
Watch the video with kids and invite them to choose a book to read together. Present very young children with two or three choices, perhaps from the library (you can also share digital books on your phone or even check out digital books from the library). Snuggle up and enjoy! You might even sing the phrase “Let’s read a book!” every time you invite kids to choose a book. Invite other adults in kids’ lives to read to them, too!
