In this short, documentary-style portrait, we enter the world of Zoraima Rosario-Rolón, a provider who works with family, friend, and neighbor caregivers (FFNs) on a regular basis as an Early Childhood Facilitator and Coach. We learn strategies providers can use to help FFNs care for kids more completely. Special thanks to Zoraima Rosario-Rolón, Angelica L. Velazquez, New York Early Childhood Professional Development Institute at CUNY, the Informal Family Child Care Project, and the New York Community Trust.
